Wellsville Police arrested Sonya M. Bleau, age 30 of
Wellsville, charging her with Offering a False Instrument for Filing 2nd. The charges stems from an incident that took
place on December 20th. Bleau was
transported from the Allegany County Jail, processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Bleau was returned to the Allegany County Jail on $100.00 cash bail or
$200.00 property bond. Bleau is due back
in Wellsville Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Wyait P. Crawford, age 24 of Willing,
charging him with Failure to appear in Court on a previous AUO 3rd charge. Crawford was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Crawford paid his fine in full and was released.
Wellsville Police arrested Cheyenne M. Miller, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check. The charges stem from a complaint made by the
Stillwater Pizza and Grill. Miller was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Miller paid restitution in full and was
released.
Wellsville Police arrested Jared T. Carter, age 27 of Olean,
charging him with Issuing a Bad Check.
The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in
Wellsville. Carter was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Carter paid restitution in full and was
released.
Wellsville Police arrested Joshua L. Cole, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging him with two counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd. The charges stem from incidents that took
place on March 17th at 18th. Cole was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Cole posted $500.00 cash bail and was
released. Cole is due back in Wellsville
Village Court on April 9th at 4:30 p.m.
