Wellsville Police arrested Nicholas J. Beato, age 19 of
Rochester, NY, charging him with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor
Vehicle 3rd, Speed in Zone, Passed Red Light and Fail to Comply with Lawful
Order. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on North Main Street on October 5th. Beato was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Beato is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 27th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Bryan M. Merry, age 26 of
Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on North Franklin Street in the Village of Wellsville. Merry was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Merry is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 27th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Rebekah R. Bulkeley, age 24 of
Wellsville, charging her with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd),
Uninspected Motor Vehicle and two counts of No/Improper Restraint for back seat
passengers age 4-7. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on East Hanover Street in the Village of Wellsville. Bulkeley was issued traffic citations and
released. Bulkeley is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on November 27th at 4:30 p.m.
