Wellsville Police arrested Nicholas J. Aguilar, age 19 of
Auburn, NY, charging him with unlawful possession of marijuana, speed in zone
and operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone. The charges stem from a traffic stop on State
Route 19 in Wellsville. Aguilar was
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Aguilar is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 11th at
4:30 p.m.
