Wellsville Police arrested Kenneth J. Delange, age 47 of
Andover, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd) and
Inadequate Muffler. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on East Dyke Street in the village of Wellsville. Delange was issued traffic citations and
released. Delange is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on October 30th at 4:30 p.m.
