Harry L. Sanney, Jr., 37, Mt.
Morris, NY, was arrested October 22, charged with Failing to Report Change of
Address/Status as a Registered Sex Offender.
Following LC-CAP arraignment, Sanney was ordered held on $350 cash bail
in the Livingston County Jail. Sanney
will address charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Randall W. Roberts, 28, Rome,
NY, was arrested and charged with Trespass on October 21. Roberts was released on an appearance ticket
to answer charges in North Dansville Village Court on a later date.
Justis D. Watts, 19, Avon, NY,
was arrested and charged with Harassment 2nd Degree on October 21,
and following LC-CAP arraignment was released on his own recognizance to answer
charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Jamie A. McCollumn, 28, Livonia,
NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol
Content .08% or Greater, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Failure to Stop for
a Stop Sign, Consumption of Alcoholic Beverage/Open Container in a Motor
Vehicle and Uninspected Motor Vehicle on October 18. McCollumn will reply to charges in Livonia
Town Court on a later date.
Luciano C. Greenough, 24, Mt.
Morris, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Unlawful Operation on Public Highways on
October 19. Greenough was released on an
appearance ticket to reply to charges in Mt. Morris Village Court on a later
date.
Nicole M. Dunham, 30, Leicester,
was charged October 14, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Obey a Traffic
Control Device. Dunham was issued an
appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Elizabeth A. Doty, 49, Geneseo,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree on October 21, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in
Avon Town Court on a later date.
Dana K. Gooding, 61, Dansville,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Operating a Motor Vehicle with Obscured Vision
on October 18. Gooding was released on an appearance ticket to address charges
in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Preston C. Honan, 21, Honeoye
Falls, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Inadequate Exhaust on October
22, and was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Lima Town Court
on a later date.
Thomas E. Benson, 53, Livonia,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd
Degree on October 23, and was issued an appearance ticket to appear in response
to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.
Nicole M. Dunham, 30, Leicester,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No Exhaust on October 23. Dunham was released on an appearance ticket
to satisfy charges in York Town Court on a later date.
Ricardo Santana, 26, Mt. Morris,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding on October 24. Santana will address charges in York Town
Court on a later date.
Jason R. Savoy, 36, Lima, NY,
was arrested and charged with Failure to Report Change of Address/Status as a Registered Sex Offender on October
25. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Savoy
was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail without bail. Savoy will reply to charges in Geneseo
Village Court on a later date.
Todd N. Barrett, 25, Avon, NY,
was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree on October 24, and will address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later
date.
Andrew J. Mehlenbacher, 26,
Wayland, NY, was arrested October 24, charged with Driving While Ability
Impaired-Drugs, Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs and Alcohol Combined,
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree,
Failure to Keep Right and Moving from Lane Unsafely on October 24. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Mehlenbacher
was released on his own recognizance to respond to charges in Groveland Town
Court on a later date.
