10/19/18 – Lexi J. Coats, age 21 from Andover, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation [of a motor vehicle] in the third degree following a traffic stop on Madison Street.  Coats was issued a traffic ticket to appear in Village Court on November 13th.

10/21/18 – Kaila N. Hudges-Holder, age 23 from Buffalo, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation [of a motor vehicle] in the second degree following a traffic stop on West Dyke Street.  Hudges-Holder was arraigned in the Town of Wirt Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail.
