Wellsville Police arrested Samuel F. Shepard, age 22 of
Whitesville, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd)
and Operating while Registration is Suspended or Revoked. The charges stem from a traffic stop on South
Brooklyn Avenue in the Village of Wellsville.
Shepard was issued traffic citations and released. Shepard is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on October 30th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Max C. Miller, age 20 of Sag
Harbor, NY, charging him with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Failure to
Obey a Traffic Control Device. The
charges stem from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village of
Wellsville. Miller was issued an
appearance ticket and released. Miller
is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 30th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Sandra K. Merrick, age 64 of
Wellsville, charging her with Menacing 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a
Child. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on West State Street in the Village of Wellsville. Merrick was processed and arraigned before
Town of Willing Justice Guiney. Merrick
was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00
property bond. Merrick is due to appear
in Wellsville Village Court on October 9th at 4:30 p.m.
