Wellsville Police arrested a 13 year old Wellsville youth,
charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on West State Street
in the Village of Wellsville. The youth
was processed and petitioned to the Allegany County Probation Department for
further action.
