Wellsville Police arrested Deric C. Avery, age 27 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing
or Circulation, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Mischief 4th. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Merriam Heights in the Village of Wellsville. Avery was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh.
Avery was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail or
$1,000.00 property bond. Avery is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on October 30th at 4:30 p.m.
