Wellsville Police arrested Timothy D. Billings, age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him as a Fugitive from Justice. Billing was wanted on an Arrest Warrant out
of the State of Pennsylvania. Billings
was located on South Broad Street and taken into custody. Billings was arraigned before Wellsville
Village Justice O’Connor. Billing was
committed to the Allegany County Jail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
