Toni M. Peterson, 32, Fairport, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and Speeding on September 22, and was issued an appearance ticket to
answer Charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Jacob L. Vales, 21, Lakeville, NY, was arrested and charged
with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Speed
Not Reasonable and Prudent, Failure to Keep Right and Driving Across Hazardous
Markings. Vales was released on an
appearance ticket to reply to charges in Conesus Town Court on a later date.
Katelynn A. Ladelpha, 29, Avon, NY, was arrested September
23, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree,
Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and No/Inadequate Stop Lamps. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Ladelpha was
remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $500 cash bail. Ladelpha will address
charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Raymond L. Scott, 45, Dansville, NY, was arrested and
charged with a Sex Offender Registry violation on September 25, and following
LC-CAP arraignment was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $1,000
cash bail/$3,000 property bond. Scott will
satisfy charges in Dansville Village Court on a later date.
Hillary J. Velazquez, 25, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and
charged with Grand Larceny 4th Degree, Welfare Fraud 4th Degree and Misuse of
Food Stamps on September 21, and following LC-CAP arraignment was remanded to
the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $200 cash bail/$400 property bond.
Velazquez will address charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
Justin M. Gledhill, 21, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and
charged with two counts of Petit Larceny on September 24 and September 26. Following LC-CAP arraignment, Gledhill was
held in the Livingston County Jail of $250 cash bail/$500 property bond. Gledhill will reply to charges in Mt. Morris
Town Court on a later date.
Ernest C. Hutton, 48, Batavia, NY, was arrested September
26, charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and
Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree.
Following LC-CAP arraignment, Hutton was ordered held in the Livingston
County Jail on $2,000 cash bail. Hutton
will respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Kenan J. Jude, 21, Big Flats, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Speeding on
September 26. Jude will answer charges
in North Dansville Town Court on a later date.
