On October 5th, 2018 at approximately 3:00pm, following a domestic dispute in the Town of Cuba, Cuba Police attested Kari J. Young, 22, of Cuba. Young was arrested and charged with assault 3rd (misdemeanor). Young was processed and placed in front of a Cuba Town Judge and released to appear at a later date. Young is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
