Wellsville Police arrested Takiesha M. Jackson, age 22 of
Buffalo, NY, charging her with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd),
Unlicensed Operator, Use Rented/Leased/Loaned vehicle without Interlock and
No/Inadequate Lights. The charges stem
from a traffic stop on North Highland Avenue in the Village of Wellsville. Jackson was issued traffic citations and
released. Jackson is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on August 28th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested a passenger in the Jackson
vehicle on a Bench Warrant issued by the US Marshall’s Office in Buffalo. Arrested was Marlon J. Johnson Jr, age 29 of
Cheektowaga, NY, charging him with a Violation of Federal Probation. Johnson was committed to the Allegany County
Jail without bail and is due to appear in US Federal Court at a later date.
