Andover woman charged with assault after tavern dispute

Andover police Tuesday night arrested Carrie Campbell, 31, of Andover. She was charged with assault 3rd. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket for court returnable August 6th. Police Chief Jim Rumfelt said the charge stems from an alleged altercation Saturday night at a local tavern.
