Wyoming County Sheriff's Blotter

Corrie L. Mann, 36 of Portageville, was arrested May 5th, following a traffic stop on Route 436 in the Town of Genesee Falls. Mann was stopped by Wyoming County Deputies for a window tint violation and following a roadside investigation, Mann was placed under arrest for driving while intoxicated. Mann was transported to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office where she supplied a breath sample which showed a blood alcohol content that did not match the alleged observed impairment.  Mann underwent a drug influence evaluation by a certified drug recognition expert and was then alleged to be impaired by CNS stimulants and alcohol.Due to a prior DWI conviction in 2012, Mann’s arrest became a felony. Mann was charged with windows not transparent, felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while ability impaired by a drug, and felony driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol. She was arraigned in the Town of Genesee Falls and released on her own recognizance. She will answer the charges in Town Court at a later date.

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Department arrested Kevin P Haynes, 47 of Arcade, following an investigation of a violation of an order of protection. Deputies were contacted regarding Mr. Haynes allegedly coming into contact with a subject where there was a valid stay away order of protection. During the investigation, it was found Mr. Haynes had been charged and convicted of Criminal contempt within the last five years. Mr. Haynes was arrested and arraigned for Criminal contempt 1st and an Aggravated family offense in the Village of Arcade Court. Judge SALZER committed Kevin HAYNES to jail with no bail with a return date of June 15th, 2017.

Ryan Fisher, 28 of Perry was arrested May 3rd following a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Warsaw. Fisher was stopped because his vehicle registration was expired. Deputies said Fisher failed roadside field tests and was arrested for Driving While Impaired by Drugs. Fisher was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert and allegedly found to be impaired by a Stimulant.  Fisher was charged with Driving While Impaired by Drugs (Misdemeanor) and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. Fisher is to appear in the Village of Warsaw Court on 5/22/2017. New York State Police assisted with the roadside investigation.
