NY State Police Blotter

5/17/19 4:45pm- State police arrested a name-protected 17-year-old boy from Richburg. He was charged with petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket for court.
5/18/19 1:35am- A Town of Hume man was remanded to the Allegany County jail on $10,000 bail. Troopers said they arrested Gordon N. Paul, 32. He was charged with felony criminal mischief and misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and assault-3rd causing physical injury. 
5/17/19 6:49pm - Three people are facing charges after being detained on State Route 244 in Alfred. State police said they arrested Samantha M. Watson, 30, of Almond. She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd-with intent to sell, a class B felony. She was also charged with tampering with physical evidence: conceal or destroy. Her bail was set at $5,000. Troopers arrested Teri M. Stanton, 44, of Wellsville. She was charged with unlawful possession of a marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket for court. State police said they also arrested Mario T. Turner, 27, of Tonawanda. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd-with intent to sell, a class B felony. He was also jailed on cash bail.
