New York State Police Blotter – Nov. 7, 2024
11/8/24 3:20 a.m. – During a traffic stop in the Town
of Andover, state police arrested Carsen D. Matison, 23, of Hinsdale. The
driver was charged with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation
with five or more suspensions on five or more dates. Matison was turned over to
another agency.
