An Allegany County man is facing more than a half-dozen charges after an intense domestic dispute Thursday night along State Route 19 in the town of Willing. Troopers received the call at 7:19 p.m. and made the arrest a little more than two hours later after some back and forth. Troopers said they took Jesse J. Roberts, 66 of Wellsville into custody. He was charged with felony first-degree unlawful imprisonment and lesser counts of preventing an emergency call, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon by a felony involving a rifle, shotgun or antique firearm, obstruction, resisting arrest and third-degree menacing. An ambulance was placed on alert during the law enforcement operation. Roberts was taken to the Allegany County Jail for Central arraignment and was remanded.
