Wellsville Police
arrested Wayne F. Taylor III, age 53 of Bolivar, charging him with DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor), Speed in Zone (Infraction), Following too Closely
(Infraction) and Failure to Yield the Right of Way to an Emergency Vehicle
(Infraction). The charges stem from a
traffic stop on the Bolivar Road. Taylor
was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment
in CAP Court. Taylor is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
