After investigating a domestic dispute Wednesday morning in the Town of Amity, State Police arrested 32-year-old Dylan F. Rassman of Belmont. Troopers charged him with felony assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon. He was also charged with second-degree menacing with a weapon and criminal mischief. Court action is pending.
