Wellsville Police Blotter

·        3/6/20 – Brennan M. Dean, age 19 of Bolivar, was arrested for Grand Larceny in the 4th degree (felony), Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, after he allegedly stole a vehicle from a Johnson Street resident on February 28th.  Dean was processed and issued appearance tickets for Village Court on March 24th. 

·        3/7/20 – Jennifer M. Giannoccaro, age 49 of Rochester, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated: Blood Alcohol Content Over .18%, Blood Alcohol Content Over .08% and Improper Signal following a traffic stop on School Street.   Giannoccaro was processed, issued traffic tickets for Village Court on March 17th and released to a third party.

·        3/7/20 – Samuel S. Russo, age 40 of Wellsville, was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree following an incident on Chestnut St.  Russo was arraigned in Independence Town Court, released on his own recognizance and is due back in Village Court on March 10th.
