Wellsville Police arrested James E. Franklin Jr, age 26 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance
7th. The charge stems from an incident
that took place on North Main Street in the Village. Franklin was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. He is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March
10th at 4:30 p.m.
