3/5/20 12:57pm- After investigating a complaint in the Village of Angelica, State Police arrested 22-year-old Coby E. Shields of Olean. He was charged with a felony count of making a terroristic threat and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree menacing with a weapon. He was initially detained.
