Wellsville Police arrested Jared R. Roulo, age 30 of
Wellsville, charging him with Assault 3rd, Menacing 2nd and Criminal
Obstruction of Breathing or Circulation.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on Howard Street on
January 3rd. Roulo was processed and
arraigned before Town of Independence Justice Howe with representation from the
Allegany County Public Defender’s Office.
Roulo was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on
January 7th at 4:30 p.m.
