Wellsville Police arrested Peyton K. Day, age 19 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Madison Street in the Village of Wellsville. Day was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Day is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 21st at 4:30 p.m.
