Wellsville Police arrested Michelle K. Fauth, age 40 of
Wellsville, and Patrick W. Gallagher Jr, age 28 of Wellsville, charging the
both with Petit Larceny. The charge
stems from an incident that took place at Dollar General on West Dyke
Street. Fauth and Gallagher were
processed, issued appearance tickets and released. They are both due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on August 13th at 4:30 p.m.
