Potter County: Preliminary hearing for Luce set for July 23
The man accused of bilking Genesee Fire and Ambulance out of more than $93,000 is due in court Tuesday. According to the Docket Report, 35-year-old Scott Andrew Luce of Main Street, Genesee, PA will appear in court Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Kari A. McCleaft. Luce faces 128 felony and misdemeanor charges, filed by Pennsylvania State Police. On June 21, Luce posted Surety Bonds in the amount of $100,000 and was released from Potter County jail pending further court action.
