Wellsville Police arrested April M. Baldwin, age 32 of
Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Nuisance 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on South Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Baldwin was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Baldwin is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on July 30th at 4:30 p.m.
