7/6/19 10:31am- State police arrested 41-year-old Shad Baldwin during a stop on Stevens Street in the Village of Wellsville. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree facilitating aggravated unlicensed operation and violating the Public Health Law as it pertains to a controlled substance prescription. He’ll appear in court at a later date.
