Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on July 1,
2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Kenneth E. Kendall, age 50 of
Jamestown on a Bench Warrant issued by Allegany County Court. Kendall was processed and transported to
Allegany County Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany
County Jail without bail.

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on July 3,
2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian J. Treusdell, age 38 of
Belfast, on a Bench Warrant issued by the Town of Belfast Court. Treusdell was processed and transported to
the Town of Belfast Court where he was arraigned and released after paying a
fine of $249.00.
