Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on June 17, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Randy L. Frank, age 48 of Angelica, on the following charges:

- Driving While Intoxicated 
-  Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08% of 1% or more
- Aggravated DWI – with a child passenger less than 16 (2 counts)
- No / Inadequate Exhaust
Frank was processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $1,000.00 cash or $2,000.00 bond
