Cuba man charged with impaired driving

During a traffic stop Tuesday night at 6:53 p.m. in the town of Ellicottville, state police arrested Timothy A. Witter, 41, of Cuba. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, imprudent speed and moving from a lane unsafely. He was issued tickets for court and released.
