Black Creek man charged with grand larceny

At 10:26 p.m. Friday, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office arrested Richard Joy, 30, of Crab Hollow Road in Black Creek. He was charged with grand larceny 4th, a class E felony. Deputies said the charge stems from an incident at 4 p.m. Friday at Walmart in Allegany. Joy was arraigned in Allegany Town Court and was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
