Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 18, 2019, with the assistance of the New York State Police, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Bobbi J. Lutes, age 34 of Bolivar, on an Arrest Warrant issued by the Town of Amity Court. Lutes was processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where she was arraigned and released after posting $5,000.00 cash bail.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on January 16, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeffrey J. Hinkle, age 20 of Friendship, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Friendship Court. Hinkle was processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bond. Hinkle is due to reappear in the Town of Friendship Court on February 5, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. for additional court action.
