Franklinville woman arrested for aggravated DWI in Ischua at nearly triple the legal limit

At 3:13 p.m. Friday, Amity-based state police arrested Jessica A. Landroche of Franklinville for felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operation and misdemeanor use of a vehicle without an interlock device. Troopers said they responded to a report of a vehicle over an embankment at the Seneca One Stop on West Shore Road in the town of Ischua. During their interview, Landroche, the vehicle operator, was allegedly exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene, police said. She was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed her to have a 0.22% BAC. Landroche was arraigned in Hinsdale Town Court and released under supervision. She is due to appear in Ischua Town Court in February.
