Wellsville Police Blotter

Date: Sunday November 4, 2018
Wellsville Police arrested Christopher J. Schneider, age 50 of Wellsville, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more, Fail to stop at a stop sign and Improper signal.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on Martin Street in the Village of Wellsville.  Schneider was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a third party.  Schneider is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 27th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Sarah L. Suzara, age 35 of Wellsville, charging her with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony) and Harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Maple Avenue in the Village of Wellsville.  Suzara was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Suzara was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.


Wellsville Police arrested Jarrette R. LaFlash, age 33 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Circulation and Harassment 2nd.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Madison Street in September of 2017.  LaFlash was located by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department and taken into custody at the Allegany County Jail.  LaFlash was processed and arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh.  LaFlash was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond.  LaFlash is due back in Wellsville Village Court on November 6th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Robert N. Young, age 29 of Wellsville, charging him with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd), Resisting Arrest, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Operating out of Ignition Interlock Restriction.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on School Street in the Village of Wellsville.  Young was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Young was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 property bond.  Young is due back in Wellsville Village Court on November 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Cindy L. Davenport, age 46 of Bradford, PA, charging her with Failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous AUO 3rd and other Vehicle and Traffic charges.  Davenport was located in Scio, NY by the New York State Police and taken into custody.  Davenport was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Davenport was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on November 20th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Samuel F. Shepard, age 22 of Whitesville, NY, charging him with Assault 3rd.  The charges stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue on October 31st.  Shepard was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Shepard was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on November 20th at 4:30 p.m
