Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on November 2, 2018, following an investigation into an incident that occurred at the Allegany County Jail, Deputies arrested Daniel L. Frost, age 28 of Wellsville, charging him with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree. Frost was processed and transported to the Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.  Frost is to reappear in the Town of Amity Court on November 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on November 2, 2018, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Amanda J. Clark, age 34 of Wellsville on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Clark was processed and transported to Allegany County Family Court where she was arraigned and released after posting bail.
