Wellsville Police arrested Ryan S. Mosher, age 25 of
Wellsville, charging him with Assault 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a
Child. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on Chamberlain Street in the Village of Wellsville. Mosher was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Mosher is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 16th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Ridge C. Potter, age 29 of
Wellsville, charging him with Assault 3rd, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or
Circulation, Criminal Mischief 4th and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Lunn Court in the Village of Wellsville. Potter was processed and arraigned before
Town of Alma Justice Stilson. Potter was
committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00
property bond. Potter is due back in the
Town of Alma Court on October 18th at 7:00 p.m.
