Dear Allegany County Voters:
We are fortunate to have an outstanding law enforcement official
as our Sheriff in Allegany County.
I have known Rick both personally and professionally for
over 40 years. He assisted me many times over the years when he was Chief of
Police in Bolivar and I was Chief of Police in Belmont.
Sheriff Whitney has the ability to communicate and work well
with all law enforcement agencies, whether it is County, Local or Federal and
that is essential. Sheriff Whitney's honesty and integrity is above reproach.
Sheriff Whitney has done an outstanding job as Sheriff of
Allegany County and all of its citizens; his attention to detail and
communicating with the public and the moral of the employees is essential in law
enforcement.
For the above stated reasons I support and am voting to
re-elect Sheriff Whitney in September and urge that you do the same. Leadership
and experience cannot be replaced.
