Obituary: Robert S. "Bob" Morris, 69, Westfield, PA

Robert S. “Bob” Morris, Jr., 69, of Westfield, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 12, 2020 in his home.  Born April 17, 1951, in Berkeley, CA, he was the son of Robert S. and Leola Churchill Morris.  On November 11, 1978, in Cottage Grove, OR, he married the former Peggy Rae Jones, who survives.  Bob was the manager of Ryden’s Border Store in Grand Portage, MN for many years.  Surviving besides his wife, Peggy, are:  five children, Joseph (Brandy) Morris of Grand Portage, MN, Robert S. Morris, III of Scottsdale, AZ, Shawn Troutman of Westfield, Windy (Ryan) Murdy of Henderson, NV, and Christopher (Sheri) Morris of Cloquet, MN;  several grandchildren;  a great-granddaughter;  a sister, Sandra Knowles of La Grande, OR;  nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters, Barbara Ann Stayton and Judy Hill.  Cremation was at Olney-Foust Crematory.  A gathering to celebrate Bob’s life will be held on a later date and announced by Olney-Foust Funeral Homes & Crematory, Ulysses, PA.  Memorials may be made to Valley Christian Church, 146 Maple St., Westfield, PA 16950.  Online condolences may be expressed at www.olneyfoust.com.
