Wellsville Police arrested a 13 & 15-year-old Wellsville
youths, charging them each with one count of unlawful possession of a weapon by
a person under 16 and reckless endangerment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Maple Avenue on March 13th. The
youths were released and are due to appear at the Allegany County Probation
Department at a later date.
