Almond residents asked to be mindful of internet useage

With schools closed and more and more people being told to work from home, some suggest there could be a drain on the internet. The Town of Almond is asking its residents to help out. According to The Spectator, the Town of Almond has requested that the community please avoid all non-work and non-school related internet usage between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 noon. The request was made in the hope that internet speeds will remain reliable and service won't get bogged down so school students can do their assignments and telecommuters can more easily work from home.
