Wellsville Police arrested Leroy W. Nupp Jr, age 48 of
Bolivar, charging him with DWI, Refusal to take a breath test, Failure to keep
right and Improper/No signal. The
charges stem from a traffic stop on Jefferson Street in the Village of
Wellsville. He was processed, issued an
appearance ticket and released to a third party. Nupp is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on February 25th at 4:30 p.m.
