Joseph J. Lewis Jr., 55, of Odessa, NY, died Sunday,
February 9, 2020 in his home. Born May
11, 1964, in Wellsville, he was the son of Joseph J. and Anna Barlow
Lewis. A graduate of Wellsville High
School, he was a self-employed HVAC contractor, operating Happy Homes
Heating. Joe was a dedicated volunteer
firefighter and EMT for over 30 years, serving in several departments. Surviving are: his significant other, Deborah Zimmer; three sons, Scott J. (Julie) Lewis, Sr. of
Scio, Kevin Lewis of Batavia, and Jeremiah Zimmer of Montour Falls; two daughters, Kaitlyn (Justin Lawrence)
Lewis of Hammondsport and Heather (Matthew) Bailey of Batavia; 12 grandchildren; two brothers, Timothy Lewis of Odessa and Richard “Dan” Lewis of
Wellsville; a sister, Cindy (John)
Blakeslee of Wellsville; a special
niece, Kelly Smith; and several other
nieces and nephews. In addition to his
parents, he was predeceased by two sisters, Sandra Dixon and Linda Lewis; and a
sister-in-law, Emilyn “Terri” Lewis. A
graveside service will be held at a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery,
Wellsville. Memorials may be made to

Mulholland-Crowell Funeral Home, Wellsville.
