Court arraignment postponed in Clarksville double murder case
A court arraignment scheduled for this week has been postponed in
the case of the Clarksville teenager accused of killing his parents and
torching their home last November. 17-year-old William “Billy” Larson Jr. is
charged with two counts of murder and arson. He’s now scheduled to be arraigned
on the indictment charges March 17th at 1 p.m. According to The Spectator,
Allegany County Assistant District Attorney J. Thomas Fuoco, who had been
handling the Larson case and presented evidence to the grand jury, died Feb. 17
after an illness. Larson remains in custody without bail.
