Potter County man charged with child sex assault, bail set at $200,000 - victim under age 13
A Westfield, PA man is in jail accused of multiple sex crimes against a child in Potter County. Coudersport-based State Police arrested 58-year-old John Olin McCullough. He faces a total of eight felony and misdemeanor sexual offenses against a child under the age of 13.
