Wellsville Police charged Thomas M. Porchia, age 37 of
Andover, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (unclassified misdemeanor)
for driving with a suspended driver’s license and Use other vehicle w/o
interlock. The charges stem from an
incident that took place on William Avenue in the Village. Porchia was issued traffic citations and
released. Porchia is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on December 10th at 4:30 p.m.
