Potter County man charged with assault

Coudersport-based State Police arrested Eric Joseph Luce, 34, of Genesee, PA. He was charged with simple assault and harassment with physical contact. Arraigned in District Court, Luce was released on $5,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for December 30th at noon.
