NY State Police Blotter

12/8/19 7:13pm- During a traffic stop on West Main Street in Friendship, State Police arrested 41-year-old Chester Jablonski of Cuba. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and an equipment violation. He was processed and then released with tickets for court.
