Carlos J. Marquez, 31,
Westfield, PA, was arrested November 29, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed

Degree and No/Inadequate
Plate Lamp. Following LC-CAP
arraignment, Marquez was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail in lieu of
$7,500 cash bail/$15,000 property bond.
Marquez will respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Donna R. Holley, 52, Mt. Morris,
NY, was arrested November 30, charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger Under 16 Years of
Age, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Consuming Alcohol in a Motor
Vehicle and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Following LC-CAP arraignment,
Holley was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000
property bond. Holley will address
charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.
Shaun M. Odea, 25, Livonia, NY,
was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content
.08% or Greater and Speeding on November 29. Odea will answer charges in Livonia Town Court
on a later date.
Javaughn M. Beasley, 26,
Rochester, NY, was charged December 2, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of
a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, No/Inadequate Plate Lamp, Operating a
Motor Vehicle with Broken Glass and Failure to Obey a Traffic Control
Device. Beasley was released on an
appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Brian S. Sick, 34, Springwater,
NY, was arrested and charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree on December 2, and was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in
Dansville Town Court on a later date.
Ronald D. Brown, 61, Livonia,
NY, was arrested December 2, charged with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and
Harassment 2nd Degree.
Following LC-CAP arraignment, Brown was released on his own recognizance
to reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Aaron M. Hatt, 23, Alexander,
NY, was charged with Aggravated Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Keep Right on December 3, and was

Degree and Unlicensed Operator on December 2. Fairchok was issued an appearance

Lisah M. Jacobs, 36, Conesus,
NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving
While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater and Moving From Lane
Unsafely on November 27. Jacobs will reply to charges in Livonia Town Court on
a later date.
Joseph F. Dwyer, Sr., 37, Mt.
Morris, NY, was arrested December 3, charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd
Degree. Following LC-CAP arraignment,
